Turkey floods destroy Kastamonu and collaps bridges
June 27, 2022: Severe floods destroyed bridges and buildings in Kastamonu, Turkey and the city was washed away after heavy rains, affecting six provinces, caused rivers to overflow Monday.
Flood warning for 6 cities: AFAD has issued a flood risk warning for Kastamonu, Karabuk, Zonguldak, Bartin and Sinop.
Two people were missing after heavy rains and floods hit northwestern Turkey.
